Since his own family’s arrival in Chicago more than 35 years ago, Gonzalo has lived on both the South and North sides of the city, as well as in the Western Suburbs. A soccer enthusiast with a strong commitment to giving back, Gonzalo also devotes his time and energy to a variety of organizations. He is an active member and past-president of the Manchester United Fans of Chicago (MUFChicago) and an enthusiastic participant in Chicago TOPSoccer, a pioneering program that teaches the sport to young players with intellectual or physical disabilities.
