With a deep appreciation for the vibrant neighborhoods of Chicago, Ryan is tuned in to the cultural heartbeat of the city he’s called home for his entire adult life. 

After earning his Bachelor’s in English Literature and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Ryan began his professional journey with a top-tier marketing firm, spearheading projects for clients like VRBO, Sony, and Samsung. 

A couple years in he would exit the corporate world to explore more passionate pursuits—he freelanced as a sports and entertainment writer, interviewing professional athletes and covering the latest in the music industry. He’s also worked as a producer and engineer for a Grammy Award-winning music studio based in Humboldt Park. 

Collaborating with people from all walks of life, Ryan understands the fabric of building community and relationships, being precise in your craft, and how to materialize a creative vision.

He now joins the Josh Reighard Group, a team that has over 20 years of experience in real estate, ranging from buying and selling single-family homes to house hacking multi-units to helping tenants find rental properties. 

Ryan is adept at analyzing market trends and breaking down the real estate roadmap for new clients on both the buyer and seller side. He loves helping first-time homebuyers accomplish the dream of homeownership. Since earning his broker’s license, Ryan has leveraged his multi-faceted skill set to help clients achieve their real estate goals and reach the next stage of their lives. 

Outside of real estate, Ryan loves to read, create, build a community of competitors in Fantasy, and enjoy time exploring nature.
