      Algenia graduated from the University of Alabama, (roll tide!)  with a Bachelors degree in International Business. Prior to joining the Real Estate profession at Baird & Warner, she pursued a career as a project coordinator and corporate trainer while acting as a consultant to the City of Chicago. 

       Algenia seamlessly transfers her training & project management skills into her real estate profession - guaranteeing that all clients will have clear direction & guidance throughout the whole real estate process, from start to finish (then probably after as well!)  Algenia’s education and past work experience has helped her build a strong foundation to successfully represent and take care of every  client.
