Brad Dumes was inspired to become a Realtor through his own experiences of rehabbing and selling investment properties. After successfully purchasing, managing, completing, listing and selling 15+ rehabs, he recognized that his many experiences and acquired knowledge was valuable information that many homebuyers don’t possess before starting their home search, or learn throughout the process. Brad recognized an opportunity to fill this much-needed knowledge gap for homebuyers after seeing the value he could bring to his clients. He wanted buyers/sellers to get the service they deserved. Brad has committed his career to creating a successful home buying and selling experience that is centered on proven processes and diligence. This provides his clients with valuable knowledge and a true experienced advocate who is tirelessly looking out for their interests and needs. Brad owns this mentality down to the smallest detail. Brad also enhances the client experience through consultation on home design, assistance in reviewing their inspection reports, preparing homes for market, and providing vendor relationships - all of which benefit his buyers and sellers. He is knowledgeable in sourcing off-market real estate opportunities as well, having acquired his own properties through auctions and distressed sales. Prior to real estate, Brad was a successful SP500 pit options trader for 14 years. He developed an expertise in valuations/risk/reward, and takes the same approach in real estate with his clients, protecting their best interests by “keeping it real” through honest and transparent communication. A midwest native, Brad grew up in Cincinnati, earned his finance degree from Indiana University, and relocated to Chicago in 1999, where eventually put down roots with his family in Lincoln Park. Between working with clients, visiting family and friends, and also managing rehabs/investments throughout the Chicagoland area, Brad is extremely well versed in Chicago’s neighborhoods and surrounding suburbs. When not hustling for his clients, Brad is obsessed with music and concerts; he generally approaches all of his hobbies and his family life with enthusiasm and passion.
