Dina is a dedicated real estate professional who has built a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service for her clients. After working as a broker for several years, Dina took on the role of Designated Managing Broker at the Highland Park office where she helps other agents deliver above and beyond service to their clients. For Dina, helping every agent become the best agent they can be is all about meeting each person where they’re at, and helping them grow their careers in a way that feels authentic to them. Her ultimate goal is to give people the tools to achieve all their goals, and ensure that every Baird & Warner client is getting the easier real estate experience they deserve. Dina is a North Shore local who settled in Highland Park to raise her family. She is an avid fly-fisher and VP of the conservation group, Trout Unlimited with the Gary Borger Chapter. While Dina holds many accolades, her proudest role is being part of a large close-knit family, a mother to her two sons Jack and Joey, partner to Tim Ratty, and her two Labradors Lucy and Trixie.
