Gerry was fantastic. This was NOT a big expensive property and when Gerry took it on he also knew we'd had a bunch of trouble selling it. But he did lots of excellent research, came up with a great plan, and never gave up, even when we ran into a big bad zoning surprise. Deeply grateful to Gerry and certainly he is at the top of the list if and when we need to buy/sell in the future.
