John and Shannon have excellent marketing and people skills. When one offer fell through, they pickedup the ball and ran with it scheduling an open house for the following weekend. I am grateful and fortunate to have had them as my agents and friends.

Great experience

We were very happy when Shannon and John agreed to help us sell our condo. Shannon had facilitated the purchase of the condo next door about 10 years ago. Everything went smoothly then and it was a different process now but still went well. When our condo next door has to be sold we will be looking to Shannon and John again.

This is my first time buying an investment property and it was so smooth. John is knowledge and has alot of patient. Respectful broker is hard to find. We felt so at ease during the process. John was great and took extra care in keeping my house ready for showings, as I had moved away from the area.
