I’ve long valued the idea of great homes in great communities, and I have worked hard to communicate this basic American ideal for many clients, friends and family members.

Since 1997 I have owned a business that provides design services for custom home builders and property owners. For the past fifteen years, I’ve been involved in the design of over 100 new custom homes and whole house remodels, primarily on the North Shore. Also, as an architectural illustrator, I’ve helped to visually communicate residential real estate projects to the Chicago market as well as to other markets across the country. Simply stated, this work has given me the ability to see what’s ahead in real estate.

Being associated with Baird & Warner adds yet another dimension to what I already do – by helping to serve the real estate needs of clients, friends, the larger community … and most importantly, you. As an Evanston resident for 30 years, I’ve been your neighbor with an ever-expanding knowledge of local and neighborhood details.

I believe there is a great deal of value in having a design perspective in real estate. It means planning for the future and seeing something that may not always be obvious at the outset.
