Prior to earning her license in 2006, Raina honed her strong customer service, communication and organizational skills working in retail sales and as the coordinator of a physical therapy office. Her decision to become a broker was a natural step given her deep interest in real estate—a passion she developed early in life helping her father with his real estate investments. As a property manager for the family business, Raina credits her father, a builder by trade, for the valuable insights and benefits she consistently brings to her real estate clients: She possesses a keen eye for construction details, both commercial and residential, and has the ability to provide investors with a thorough and thoughtful analysis of a property’s potential.
