As a Chicago native with over 20 years in real estate, I understand that buying or selling a home is more than a transaction - it’s a life milestone. Growing up, my mother, Linda England, brought me to work, where I learned the art of negotiation, client care, and making every transaction seamless. She and Frank Maguire later formed the Maguire & England Team, which I was a proud member, helping the business achieve over $400 million in sales. Today, I continue their legacy and run the business.

Having lived in neighborhoods like Rogers Park, Edgewater, and Logan Square (and raising my own family here) I bring firsthand knowledge of Chicago communities and schools. I guide clients through every step, supported by a trusted network of stagers, painters, inspectors, attorneys, and contractors, ensuring the process is smooth and stress-free.
