Real estate has been part of Selina Martin's life for as long as she can remember. Growing up, her mother and grandmother worked in property management, and Selina spent summers and after-school hours by their side. That's where her love for the industry first took root.
Originally from Oklahoma, Selina made the move to Chicago in 2020, drawn by a chance at something new and a city that had always caught her attention. It didn't take long for Chicago to feel like home. She spent two years working in property management in Lakeview before earning her license as a Broker Associate with Baird & Warner, and today she calls River North home. A neighborhood she loves for its energy, its architecture, and the fact that everything she could want is right outside her door.
What matters most to Selina is simple: the people. She stays communicative from start to finish, keeps it honest even when it's not what you want to hear, and stays in touch long after closing day. To her, no deal is just a transaction. Every client is a person with a story, and helping them find the right place to write the next chapter of it is why she does what she does.
