I am an expereinced real estate broker since 1979.
Some of my designations include the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (C.P.R.E.S.), And Shortsale Foreclosure Specialist (SFR). I specialize working with sellers and buyers in the north shore and northwest suburbs of Chicago and the city of Chicago . A member of Heroes Home Advantage, I provide discounts to military and veterans, police, firefighters, medical, and educators and their support staff when buying or selling a home . My goal is to always do my best for my clients. I live in the north shore suburbs with my wife. I have a son and daughter, their spouses , and 4 wonderful grandchildren also live nearby. I enjoy going to my grandchildren’s school activities and enjoying having all 10 of us go on vacations together. I am active with my congregation and serve on our board of directors . I’m also active with other organizations that include the Illinois Continuity of Care and can help seniors who are downsizing to a new home or condo or moving to an independent, assisted living, skilled healthcare facility. A former educational administrator, I know education and can point out the specialties of various school districts. My leadership skills gives me the knowledge and expertise to help others of all ages and backgrounds.
