Susan Adduci holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Drake University. Her background in communications has proven invaluable in real estate, allowing her to provide clear, consistent guidance and ensure that every client feels informed and confident throughout their transaction. Susan is a former elected Village Trustee for Homewood and has served on the Community Relations Commission as well as the Homewood Baseball, Softball, and T-Ball Concession Stand Board. She currently resides in New Lenox with her husband and enjoys spending time with her three children, seven grandchildren, and Chocolate Lab, Stella.

Madison Blackwood earned her Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Journalism, and Advertising from the University of St. Francis in Joliet, as well as a Master's Degree in Communication from Northwestern University. Her expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, emerging technology, and market trends allows her to showcase properties effectively across today's most influential platforms. Madison also serves as an Adjunct Speech Professor at the University of St. Francis and was honored as Mentor of the Year through the university's Student Mentoring Program. She was also ecognized as one of the area's Top 20 Under 40 Realtors by Mainstreet Organization of Realtors. Residing in Manhattan with her husband, four daughters, and two dogs, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
