Thomas began his career in retail/restaurant management then spent 5 years as a small business consultant before becoming a licensed Real Estate Broker. He received his Associates of Arts in Business Management with a focus on Accounting from American InterContinental University and continued his education with a focus on Marketing.

In 2021 Thomas became the Sales Support Manager for Baird & Warner's South Loop office then later helped oversee the operations of the company's balance® department before becoming the Assistant Manager of the Lincoln Park office.

Thomas is from a multi-generation military family, is an active member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and supporter of the Westchester Food Pantry/Westchester Wet Nose Pantry. In September of 2022, he earned his At Home with Diversity (AHWD) certification, Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) designation, and recently completed training to become a certified Real Estate Instructor.
