Yanina grew up in the Ukraine and currently resides in Niles with her husband and three children. She started her career in banking, working as a teller, customer service representative, and personal banker. After working as a relationship banker for Cole Taylor Bank, an obvious transition was into real estate. 

Yanina chose to work at Baird & Warner because of its reputation and its roots as a family-founded company. “I decided that with my history of experience in different fields, I can become successful with the right company and a good leader. So, I decided that B&W is the place for me to call ‘home.’”

Yanina has been described as loyal, generous, sincere, and persistent. She is known for her exceptional customer service skills and is a dependable professional who excels in challenging and competitive environments. She is a firm believer in giving back and plans on providing superior service, consistently exceeding her clients’ expectations.

When Yanina isn’t working, she likes to spend her time traveling, dancing, swimming, and listening to music. She is also a fan of tennis, ice skating, and watching her favorite Chicago sports team - the Chicago Bulls.
